Featured Golf Club Golf Resort Karlstejn
The Karlstejn Golf Resort course is a 27-hole course, designed by Canadian golf architects Les Furber and Jim Eremko employing an "easy bogey, difficult birdie" strategy. Opened in 1993, the Karlstejn Golf Resort course is located amidst picturesque countryside just 45 minutes from Prague.
Set in rugged terrain atop hills across the valley from the medieval, Gothic style, Karlstejn Castle, every hole affords a unique and spectacular view of this majestic castle of former Czech kings. Utilizing the naturally wooded, hilly landscape, limestone outcrops, rich flora and fauna, natural gorges, two lakes and many sand traps, the course at Karlstejn Golf Resort creates a satisfying challenge for even the most demanding of players and provides an excellent opportunity for active relaxation and quality golf.

The natural beauty of the courses surrounds coupled with Karlstejn Castle forming a romantic backdrop for each hole makes Karlstejn Golf Resort one of the most pleasant and photogenic golf environments in the Czech Republic.

In 1997 the course had the honor of hosting European PGA Tour event and in 2008 the 18-hole course was enlarged on the South slope of the hill Voskov by new 9 holes. Designed by the Furber/Eremko team again, it interconnects together perfectly with narrow fairways, three ponds and numerous sand bunkers, it is a quite difficult and technical course where the planning of the shots and the strategy of the game will be very important to achieve success.

Mainly a land of agriculture, Coorg or Kodagu is a small hill station in the state of Karnataka. The British Coorg "the Scotland of India" .This may seem overstated, but as you drive through miles and miles of green coffee estates, laden with the red berries or trek in the Western Ghats; it is easy to see why they loved this area.

Renowned as a land of warriors –the brave Kodavas are an immensely hospitable lot. Coorg district is very beautiful with scattered villages, hamlets and a few townships. Enjoy pleasant walks and treks in the hills; go rafting in Barapole River that comes down from the slopes in a great fury. See the colorful migratory birds arriving, play with tame elephants and see your senses come alive to the fragrance of coffee and pepper as you sip your locally brewed cup and wander in a spice garden. Quite a few tournaments are held on these courses, and are popular with established and rising golfers. With many irresistible reasons and its mix of culture, landscape, food and golf, Coorg is sure to urge the golfer in you to visit it at least once for a lifetime experience.

Featured Golf Club – Coorg Golf Links
Coorg Golf Links was started in 1992 and developed into a full-fledged 18 hole course amidst the beautiful valleys of the western ghats and the coffee plantation area of Coorg. The course is located adjacent to Ambatty Greens and is one of the most scenic Golf courses in the country. Spreading over 6950 yards, it’s a par 72 course. The front nine and the back nine are totally different in character.

The front 9 holes are set along the ghats and have its fair share of water bodies and are fun to play. The 3rd hole is an exception, a tough par 4, and requires you to tee off straight up onto a steep hill. The back nine is set amongst relatively flatter terrain & has longer holes in comparison. They are also narrower and more challenging, to hit fairways on every tee shot.

The Preferred Lie rules apply here and the fairways are reasonable. Greens are small and tight even on the Par 3 holes, making the experience challenging. The signature hole of the course is most definitely the 4th hole. The view from the no tee box is absolutely breath-taking as you try and reach for the green that looks deceptively far as the ball travels downhill.

Coorg, being a hill town, has pleasant weather throughout especially in the middle of summer and even when it rains. Plan your next golf trip to Coorg with us and feel the thrill of golfing in the hills.

  Golf Humor
Do you know that when a woman wears a leather dress, a man's heart beats quicker, his throat gets dry, he gets weak in the knees, and he begins to think irrationally???
  Ever wondered why?
It's because she smells like a new golf bag!!!
  Golf Tip
The Short Thumb Tip – By Greg Norman
Proper grip pressure is one of golf's most elusive fundamentals - and it's as difficult to describe as it is to achieve. One method that has helped me set the proper pressure in my left hand is the 'short-thumb' technique.

Take your usual grip on the club, with your left thumb extended straight down the shaft. Now, slide the thumb upward, about a centimeter. Notice the effect this has on the tightness of the hold in the last two fingers of your hand. This is exactly where you want a firm, secure grip.

This is one key that I check all the time. If you occasionally experience looseness in your swing - or the inaccuracy it causes - I recommend that you too experiment with the short thumb.

Dear Pash India Team! We are back to Brussels and I would like to thank you for the excellent FAM trip you organized for us. Everything went perfectly well, trips, transfers, hotels thanks the Lalit Group and the superb Novotel and finally the golfs. Compared to our previous experiences, this trip was just a dream and due to the major developments in the country we just didn't recognize anything. Go ahead and continue to organize such beautiful trips in the future! I wish the team, a lot of success.
